Manicca is a ****

Manicca is a total ****. I ordered and paid for a book and received confirmation that it would be delivered within a certain broad time. To date it has not been delivered, and their response to queries has been lacking, or very poor when there has been any at all (large volumes, delays due to Covid, even now). I have had no response to a request for a refund.
