Extremely Arrogant, Rude, Abbusive Owner

My ex bought a car from owner Ben Regall for me. Since the day we bought the car there was a problem with the lights. It took for about ever to get the part. Once they had it I wanted to go then again and again. Finally Charlie (he left) said I can go. When I wanted to he was on leave. I went on holiday and came back as I needed to fix the lights. Drove from Durban to Richardsbay after the Sharks and WP game risking my life. There is also a funny noise. I took it and Willem said he will check for me. Today I took it in after they told me before 5. Then a Sales Person did not want to take the keys and I realized something is wrong. He called Ben and Ben was so rude and said Gerry bought the car and only he can bring the car. He Treated me like **** and said I am not allowed on his premises.... Gerry told gim he sold a X5 BMW to someone as a 2013 model and it was a 2010 midel. He still shouted at Gerry in front of me and that guy who passed away..... so now I Ask you he is covering for him. Typical. Now I will take the car to a Nissan Dealer and then let my lawyer send them the invoice as well as Tax!!!!!!!!
