No service whatsoever

I purchased a car from them almost a month ago. To date I have not received my registration documents. The owner, Suhail promised to order a new spare key for me as well as replace 2 damaged tyres and 2 damaged rims on the car. SO far i have not received a single email or call from them. Now they tell me that the I should go get the spare key myself which i cannot do until the car is registered. I've been extremely patient with these people.
