No Payment for Polo

On 23 Sept I had arrangement to meet Zunaid of Manhattan motors at his dealership to hand over my Polo for them to buy. I was told payment will take 3 working days due to the dealer working with a floor plan. This never happened after a week still no payment. I was then supp**** with a **** proof of payment from Nedbank. Still no payment. After week 3 a ********** cheque was deposited to my account from Manhattan motors from a CLOSED account needles to say the cheque bounced after 3 days. I was then sent proof of another ********** proof of payment from FNB. Again the payment never came through and FNB could never verify the proof of payment. I have been told numerous times that I will be paid by Zunaid by have had no results now in 2 months. He has since told me that he is waiting for funds from lawyers in order to settle my R115,000. I also approached the brothers that also own Manhattan motors and told me they have nothing to do with the dealings of Zunaid. I took my car to Manhattan motors, drop it off there and handed over the keys and papers to Zunaid who works at Manhattan Motors. They need to resolve this matter for me urgently.
