Most pathetic service ever

What we thought would be a great opportunity, with a fast response, has turned into the most pathetic service ever. A vehicle was bought cash, money paid into your account on 1 July. On 6 July we were told the car is in process of delivery, only to find out the car was never collected but rather taken to the delivery company on Wednesday 8 July. On Thursday 9 July after numerous phone calls, it was promised that the Manager would call me personally, I am still waiting for that call. Insurance was taken out on the vehicle from 7 July. Vehicle was only delivered Tuesday 14 July. When asked who is going to pay the pro-rata amount of the insurance, no reply. Again it was promised that the Manager would call my mother, no call up to date. Now there is a problem on the vehicle, and instead of assisting, we are being told there was nothing wrong with the car. We are now tired of all your EMPTY promises, and if you don't do what we ask of you, we will cancel this deal, and you will have to pay back the money.
