Empty promises

I sold my car, a Kia Picanto to Manhattan Motors. I took the registration certificate to them on Monday, 25th of May 2015. I can't remember the gentleman's name. It is either Zanaid, Suhail or Tasneem. I was promised the money will be paid into my account on the same afternoon. Empty promise. I went there again on Friday, the 29th of May, and asked about the money. I was given yet another promise it will be paid in on the same afternoon. Empty promise! I went back there on Monday, the 1st of June. I talked to the owner. He sent the sales person and the accountant to me. They said they are sorry, and the accountant except full responsibility for not paying the money into my account. He promised it will be done the same afternoon and email me the proof of payment. Empty promise! I phoned them twice on the 2nd of June. Every time I talked to Frans Barnard. The first time he told me he will pass over the message. When I phoned again, he said everybody was on lunch and the accountant went to the bank. I asked him to tell the manager to phone me back, and he assured me it will be done. I also told him if nothing happens I'm going to take action steps. Up to this time nothing happened.

Hello cheetah_7,

The client was contacted by the accounts department, the payment controller did explain the client there had been a delay as they had slipped up by now authorising the payment, totally honesty was displayed to the client and the person responsible taken full responsibility to the client, shortly after that the money was transferred over. This is the second vehicle successfully purchased from the client ( family )
