Car without eNatis documents

On the 17 February 2016 I purchased a car polo C/line from Manhattan Motors in Pretoria Gezina with the amount of R 130 000.00 cash. I was given the vehicle than they told me that Natis documents are at their head office in Johannesburg I must come next week to get them.

The following week I went to their office to collect Natis documents, they keep telling me lies, ignoring my calls and giving me stories. Till to date I have not received the car papers.

I tried to engage with dealership on countless occasions requesting the eNatis documents without success. I went to Independent Dealer Association (IDA) they didn't win the case they referred me to (MIOSA) Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa the garage didn't respond they changed address and office numbers MIOSA referred me to lodge a complaint with (NCC) National Consumer Commission I did that and they told me that the garage has no where to be found they went to Dubai. They closed my case. I cant find the owner of the car, his address is 101 slamoriam, sunnyside 0002. ( Tangedzani keats Malinda). Contact numbers was ***.

So is very hard to get the car papers. The car disk has expired long time ago. Now I cant use the car or I cant even sell it my money gone. I only have the proof of purchase and the agreement letter. Help.
