Spoken to the client regarding the delay in having the vehicle registered. The registration had taken abnormally long, this was due to the delay on receiving the document at the dealership, this almost never occurs, and the dealership had been facing unusual circumstances. Nonetheless this could've been better communicated with client, we do apologise for the delay, frustration and inconvenienced caused, We will try and make amends to the client shortly.
