**** value added services debited

My bank account was debited by Manhattan Marketing on the 15, 23 & 31 December 2015, all 3 instances for R89.00 and with different reference numbers...for supposed value added services, which I had never agreed to. They have a debit order processing done by PayToza ( ***) who process it on Manhattan Marketing's ***) instruction. I called the call centre in Rivonia on *** , which didn't sound like a call centre at all and Sreena took down my details, but wouldn't tell me where the business is based or why my account was debited. She was just the gate keeper for these ************s and said she would pass it onto the finance department for refund, but wouldn't give me anymore info. THIS IS ***** and these companies should be exposed for the ****** they are!!!!!!
