very disappointed and inhuman way of treatment for a guest

<p>I came here with my wife as she went to work I remained behind and as I had some work to do on my laptop I asked for a quiet place to do my work.</p> <p>They showed me a business room to work on as I do have right deadlines to submit the report but the room was so so cold and freezing and the volume in the business center was high from the Tv, I complained twice to the reception and the lady never helped telling me to wait.</p> <p>But time was not on my side as I had to complete my assignment I had to endure this unfriendly environment.</p> <p>The ladies at the reception are so ******** with hospitality </p>
