Not giveing feedback on request

Today is 21/04/2015 - see my earlier request to them dated 19/02/2015:<br> <br> Good morning Chris.<br> <br> 1. As discussed, I am sending you this email with regards to the following:<br> o There is a roof leak directly above the bedroom<br> o The cornices are pulling away from the walls<br> <br> I did speak with Jan on 6/01/2015, who advised that he is only back at work on 12/01/2015, whereupon he would then either attend to the above on the that day or the following day.<br> <br> He never pitched, and called me on 13/01/2015 to say he did not forget about me.<br> <br> Well, needless to say, nobody attended yet!!! Xmas is around the corner again!!! <br> <br> 2. Secondly, I need to find out what the progress (status) is on the building plans with Mogale City?????<br> <br> I did ask Tanya on 2/10/2014 already???? - no answer received??? I attach the email dated 2/10/2014.<br> <br> I do not think this is very good customer service or experience???<br> <br> The Unit was paid in full for, but yes now the struggle begins.<br>
