Parys Municipality Freestate

We have a problem with house number 8309 in Lusaka Street Parys. They is water coming under the house, and comes inside the house we are not sure what is the matter we reported the matter to the councilor and the mayor of the municipality its been years the matter is not resolved yet. Our worry is that the house will eventually collapse we really don't know what to do now please help.
