Venue is dissappointing

I booked a whole day spa at Birchwood and was told to be there at 7:45. We arrived before any of the staff ... No welcoming because of this. You have to drive yourself to breakfast and lunch because the golf carts does not arrive. There are quite a few items in the venue that needs work. The shower doors does not close properly. Some of lockers need to be fixed. Fresh water and juice were only put out after our second treatment. The ladies that treated us were wonderful, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired.
