Good day, I have tried to make contact with the call centre to no avail. I was on the line for longer than 10mins. I would have liked to speak to someone telephonically with regards to my booking Ref number MZ***O. I had booked the Mother and Daughter package to spoil/suprise my mother on her return from hospital. I have received news this morning of her death due to Covid19.
