Unable to get in touch with Ushaka Branch

<p>I have been trying for almost an hour to make a booking with the Ushaka branch however the number is permanently busy. I have even tried the central reservations number to which I have been holding for quite some time. This is really shoddy service. Also noticed that other spas which might are add are quite reputable are also offering freebies (e.g. free facial with full body massage). </p>
