Too big to respond :(

I am so sad to be penning this complaint about Mangwanani Spa. I sent them numerous messages on IG as I was out of the country, requesting to make a booking at the River Valley Spa for my Birthday, alas, that was met with utter silence. I have a voucher that just would not go through on their website, and this has since expired. R1500 cannot go down the drain like that, surely!
