Terrible experience at mangwanani river valley

I had the worst experience ever. The the****** are either not trained or have forgotten their training. My neck was pulled against natural the anatomical direction. I was scratched by nails on my scalp repeatedly. There was hair pulling and ear flapping and even slaps on my head. I selected medium pressure and was pressed so hard that I gasped and moved away from the the****** and still no adjustment of pressure. They are not attentive to their client or really don't care. I was told that a manager will be in contact with me. I am still waiting???
