Terrible experience!!!!!

I went to your Branch in Johannesburg (The Pivot) in August. I was told by a lady at the call centre, when making the booking that since I am booking it for a friends birthday, the branch will provide us with something special. I chose the half day spa.

When we arrived at your branch, we were served lunch not long after that, however the food that came was disgusting, it tasted as if it had been kept out for days.

We then proceeded to get dressed, in which my gown was torn on a number of different places.

At the end of the spa day, I thought perhaps they would give my friend something to take home since throughout the entire time we were there, NOTHING special was done. But nothing was given either.

I've been running behind your team on Facebook and they keep promising that someone will call me back to address the issue.

IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW AND I EXPECT SOME SORT OF CORRESPONDENCE FROM HEAD OFFICE.

I am disgusted, as my family and I usually always come to your spas. After this terrible service, you will not see me back and I won't recommend it to anyone either.
