Staff Rule 1: Try avoid honouring prepaid vouchers

Bought a voucher with clearly printed expiry date of March 2023 - just tried using it in December and now they say the expiry date was meant to say October 2022 and it can't be used in December - that i should read T&C's. All i have is the voucher that was emailed to me - this was their first response to me when phoning for a booking! Shockingly bad customer service for something that is meant to be relaxing! Don't buy vouchers as a gift - they will only amplify your stress levels!
