I recently took my team your River Valley branch. We used the shuttle from Monti Casino. I must say that I was so impressed with you drivers, especially Abraham. He has such a lovely personality. Loved the bubbly and orange juice, what a way to start our journey. Your hostess Virginia kept us informed all the way of where we were along the journey, remember this was our first time going to a spa. We got to Erasmia route and waited for 2 more buses. When they arrived we were escorted by two security cars, to ensure we arrive safely to our destination. Wow what a welcome we had with singing and drumming at the spa. My ladies joined in and we were all shown to our tables. We took our gowns and slippers and off to change. We came back to our tables to have breakfast and one lady came to explain what would be happening for the entire day. Once done we were taken to treatments with golf carts. This for me was a real treat. All ladies were so professional and friendly, you could see they enjoyed pampering us. Each and every staff we interacted with was so polite and accommodating. My ladies really felt like queens. The entertainment at lunch time was spectacular. The ladies dancing and singing for guests celebrating special occasions. I was so touched by their love. After the day we had, and how we were spoilt from head to toe with lovely treatments, this place has now become my number one getaway treat. My staff kept praising all the ladies and they all said *you must take us to the spa again for our year end. Definitely I would take them and will also recommend Mangwanani to family and friends.
