SPA ETIQUETTE says who

We have supported Mangwanani for the last 10 years since they opened. However after our terrible experience on Saturday 10 November I think that was our last. So they have a whole page regarding "SPA ETIQUETTE" however they do not enforce this. We had a group of 11 ladies in our group and they were out to party. From the offset they made lots of noise and spoke loudly during ALL treatments, which obviously defeated the purpose of our visit. As they also wanted to capture their experience they had there cellphones with them which also created a disturbance as they received some call. I did discuss this with the manager on duty however it did not make any difference. So instead of a relaxing spa day we paid dearly for a noisy "party"
