Sibaya Mangwanani Spa manager excells.

Thank you to the manager at Sibaya Mangwanani Day Spa who dealt very professionally with a client who suffered from mental illness and was being very loud. We visited on the 17th January. The client was making noise and loudly talking to everyone. After 3 complaints, she handled it very well - taking the clients needs into consideration, but also making sure that the code of conduct is adhered to and the other clients enjoy a peaceful day.
