Poor service at Mangwanani pivot

I’m very disappointed at Mangwanani pivot 😢I was there on Saturday and the service was extremely poor from the duty manager to the massages and the staff. I have not experienced this at river vally in which I thoroughly had a good experience . I wish Mangwanani piviot can do some personal training at that branch Very disappointed
