poor hygiene, torn gowns, rusted bowls

It is my boyfriend's birthday today and 2weeks ago I made reservations for the mangwanani half day spa at sibaya....i was disgusted and appalled firstly on email the consultant said breakfast and lunch will be given then we be informed when we get to the spa that its only breakfast. ....then the gowns that was placed was literally torn by the loop then we notified the staff they then bring an almost transparent cotton gown where his underwear was showing and we are the type of people who are very reserve. there after we was taken for a shoulder massage and on three occasions I was left unattended during the session and the the****** did not excuse her self at all and called another the****** as later was another the****** sent who said to me hi and continued to massage without my permission and did not even excuse her colleague or even introduce herself and apologize for the disruption. ..again in tears and anger as the months of planning of this special day for my partner was in ruins..... we was then taken for a foot massage and the metal bowls that was used was disgusting as it contained rust. we then had lunch and cakes was laid onto the table and saw several flies literally sat on those cakes.. ......it was so disgusting the manager was informed and we was so upset and left immediately. lockers were not locking properly. ....one tap was completely out ... the lockers were not labelled with numbers. i strongly advise consumers not to frequent mangwanani as they will ruin your special day and a spa supposed to be a relaxed place however here your blood pressure will be elevated. I was literally in tears rather use other spas instead of mangwanani
