Pathetic service at Pivot

Good day. I visited the Pivot branch last night for the moonlight package. It was the worst experience I've ever had. We booked into the piazzo and was told that mangwanani would send a golf cart for us. It never came and we had to eventually walk so that we're not late. We got there to a huge commotion as the staff were having some kind of event outside. There wasn't even space to walk upstairs. Entering to a space where no one was willing to stop and assist, all the staff were having a fun time screaming and laughing and just ignoring us. Finally, someone seated us and then left us there for another 18 minutes without saying anything to us. The staff literally walked passed, shouting and talking and dancing, and making jokes with each other.. they simply had a party and we were in the way. Another couple next to us was spoken to and advised how the evening treatments would play out. The host did not notice we were there. Eventually she came to us, maybe 12 mins later, to explain our evening to us. She apologized and literally admitted that she'd not seen us. We were told to go change into old, extremely short gowns. They had nothing else for us. An hour of waiting and we were taken in for the leg massage. It was communal!! My the****** basically rubbed the same spot on each leg and did not actually massage me. The back of my right leg didn't even have oil on it. She never did underneath my feet, the main area of a leg massage, in my opinion. She just looked around the room, almost daydreaming and moved her hand up and down. I counted... the one time, she did it 58 times before moving. Even though I felt really bad to disturb the silence and the 8 other messages going on, i had to tell her to move to other parts of my leg as the skin was burning. When that torture was finally over, without any warning, they just turn on all the lights. We are sitting with men and women in the room, with only this ridiculously short gown. There was no time for privacy at all. By the time I went in for the next treatment, I was more tense than before I got to the spa. The host asked us to follow the one the****** for the next treatment. She took us outside and to another entrance, at which point, another the****** tells her that we're not supposed to be there and tells us to go back. The following two treatments were much better but really, I was so upset that I couldn't really enjoy much... and that after spending R1600! Such a waste of time and money!
