No voucher refund with sick certificate

I'm so disappointed in Mangawani... on my 3rd visit I get sick with flu, after paying my R1000, they refuse to use a voucher for 2 or 3 days after that even though I also have a Doctor's certificate. I know everyone has rules and regulations, but wow I didn't ask to get sick or avoid them unnecessarily, it was because of illness, where is your little humanity or does life for you also just revolve around money.
