Nazeera , Mangwanani Ushaka

I had an appointment at Ushaka Mangwanani When i called to say that i might possibly be a fee minutes late, a totally rude so called manager Nazeera said that she took in walking clients, cannot accommodate me a minute after my appointment and said that i called at 16:30 to say that my husband was in an accident and i will not be coming to my appointment. This was of great disappointment as it was my birthday in valentine's day and my sister and i wanted to treat her. Nazeera said that she is the manager of all Mangwanani spas and there is no one above her. We went to ushaka , a lovely lady tried to assist and said she could take 2 of us in. When Nazeera came she screamed at them and asked why did you take in these client when i instructed you not to. Firstly, i am not married so im not sure what story she made about my husband being in an accident. I would appreciate if i could get a recording of the call she received at 16.30 When she was questioned, she was extremely rude. She definitely does not deserve to be in that position. She suppose to carry out an positive attitude being in a position of dealing with clients. She did not even smile, we were extremely unwelcomed. Will never ever visit again due to Nazeera's bossy attitude.
