Moonlight Spa was a disaster

On the 22/12/17 I booked the moonlight spa for 8 pple.From the get go everything went south.Everything promised was not delivered.No greeting at entrance.Why request gown sizes when only xl available.For such an establishment to dish out torn and stained gowns is a disgrace.Lady assisting us in change room was cold and distant.Seemed angry and unapproachable.Told us to put on the torn gowns and go back to dinning Hall.Bear in mind gentleman are also present.We were told gowns are still in laundry .Massages were not synchronised.The******s left to fetch hot stones like 10 mins.Some the******s started late went on toilet breaks when asked why as others had already started foot massages in our group.Time was not made up.Confusion was the order of the night.People had to undress and then dress again as they were ushered into incorrect room..sequence was incorrect or incorrectly interpreted.Walkways leading to dinning area completely dark.We had to use our cell phones to walk around as there is no lighting.We were promised a special evening but none of the promises were fulfilled.Utterly disappointing experience and not worth the money spent.One could get a better full body massage at a fraction of the price paid.A disastrous experience indeed.Would not recommend this to anyone
