Miscommunication of operations at Mangwanani Sibaya

I booked at the Sibaya Mangwanani spa for 5 couples. I had called on multiple occasions to confirm the number of people that will be attending . I had requested that the number of people that was booked should be visible on the booking confirmation or it be communicated to the staff at Sibaya Mangwanani.

I was informed not to worry it will be picked up on the system.

I get to the spa, and there is chaos because they have a booking for only 6 people .

It was embarrassing and very untheraputic, and an unpleasant, rushed start to the night. They did accommodate us but it was all one big rush and we did not enjoy the start of the night .
