Mangwanani's pathetic reservation process.

I am soooooo disappointed at how difficult it is to get hold of the contact centre just to make a booking. I will I had read the reviews first before spending my money on Mangwanani vouchers. When you send an email,you never get a reply and you soend a lot of airtime trying to get hold of their contact centre.

When I eventually managed to speak to an agent she took my number and promised to call back in 5 minutes,an hour later they was still no phone call. This is just ridiculous! I will never put myself through this madness again!!!
