Mangwanani - WILD COAST BRANCH - DISGUSTING

I have still not heard from anyone from Mangwanani. I have posted on various forms of social media and am determined to notify as many people as I am able to of my experience and resultant rashes and pain from this despicable treatment. Below are extracts from my email sent to mangwanani on 31 March 2018. I have and will continue posting images of the bed and soiled towels and one of the receipts for payment made to this appalling branch of yours. Please note that our treatments were not specials. We are Jhb residents and have frequented your spas at the Montecasino Palazzo (twice upon staying at this hotel) and Pivot branches as well as Sibiya. You should be aware of the Mangwanani name being displayed and dragged throught the mud at the Wild Coast Sun. Please note I did not mention below, however did mention in the comment section of my form at the spa - I have back injuries and was never asked my the the****** about any injury nor the pressure I would prefer at all. This has now resulted in terribly pains. I will endeavour to take this matter further and await feedback from Mangwanani. I have just come out of what has to be your worst branch - mangwanani wild coast sun. Not a greeting extended upon entry, a washed towel in sight, a trained or cleanly dressed the****** attending, a drink offered before, during or after my husband and my foot massages, hand massages or full body massages or a polite word uttered to us. Terrible experience. Left feeling dirty and more stressed out then ever before. Disgusted. We had come from jhb for a relaxing holiday and were subject to deplorable behaviour. Toilets were used, not flushed and left dirty. The change room was terrible. Gowns and towels on floors. The staff could not care less. The lady who had massaged me seemed untrained judging from the massage received. The ladies all appear unkept, rude and working in poorly equipped areas. The room we were rudely ushered to was clearly built for 1 bed if even that. The towels used in us were disgusting. I have take photos of this which I will post. Very bad show. This is a stain, like the towels, on mangwanani and should not be called a spa. There was also construction happening whilst We were getting massaged. We frequent spa goers and will definitely not return.
