Mangwanani Spa Sibiya Theft of my Jewellery

I am writing this review in hope of it reaching the highest person at Mangwanani Spa Sibaya

My wife and I had booked the moonlight night Spa at Sibaya for the 18.02.2025 @ 6:30pm

My wife had been changing into her robe on the change room to which a staff member was observing her every move. Once in the robe, she had removed her gold necklace chain and placed it into her locker, locked the locker in full view of the staff attendant and walked out to meet me outside. Once the full treatment was done, we were exhausted and started to feel under the weather. My wife then realised some time later on our way home that her Gold chain had been missing from her handbag which was placed in the locked. I had contacted the offices the next day and spoke to a supposedly manager named Viloshnee and thereafter an HR manager named Leigh-Anne. Both of these individuals were not capable, efficient and wise enough to assist with this theft issue I had brought it to their attention that I noticed a similar incident occurred in Dec 2024 which another Hellopeter user lodged. Instead im told they “asked” all staff members and no one has seen the gold chain. They also point out that there is no cameras in the facility. Further to this they tell me that only managers have access to spare locker keys and the manager on duty that night goes by the name of Ma G. I then asked for them to conduct polygraph tests but it fell on deaf ears

People please do not take a chance with this facility as it seems they’re all dishonest
