Mangwanani Spa Pivot .Disgusting place

I recently visited the Mangwanani spa at the Pivot hotel in Monte Casino.

This turned out to be an experience that I would much rather choose to forget. On arrival we were greeted with a very busy reception area with people all over. You couldn't take 2 steps without bumping into someone. I was then lead ti the shower and change rooms, where I was given very a tired, dirty going to wear. The lockers didn't work but I managed ti put my clothes in a locker after 6 attempts of trying to lock 6 different lockers .

We were then lead to a very tiny couples massage room where the beds were moved while we were ok the beds to accommodate the masseus. There was no ambiance and bright light abd noise filtered into the room.

The pillows where yellow from age abd clearly had seen better days. I was also disgusted because the floor looked like it was nor swept . We were asked to fill out a questionnaire at the end stating that we should be honest When I put my review on Facebook...the spa deleted the content and then blocked me . Very terrible service ...I will not be going there again.
