Horrid to say the least . The masseuse were all unfriendly . Chatted loudly while administering treatment . Acted like the clients were a nuisance to them. They ranged from too light go abusive pressure not able to find the right degree of pressure . Almost punished for asking for lighter or heavier pressure. We felt unwelcome and staff were downright hostile . The gift shop was empty a badly stocked. The bathrooms were poorly lit and not maintained . Worse of all was a courteous email to management still remains unanswered.
