Mangwanani Package False Advertising- Could not use Mineral Pool

We were a group at the Mangwanani Spa on the 25th of Feb 2020. Everything was great. We however paid for it and I feel it was very unfair as I booked and no one could tell me that we cannot use the mineral pool. We were looking so forward to using the mineral pool as our package included this. The whole day no one mentioned about the mineral pool to us. I would like to return but with what happened today was really disappointing. I cannot tell you how disappointed we were in Mangwanani Winelands. Its totally unfair that you had us paying for the mineral pool which we didn't use or the so called drinks. Drinks was not offered to us at all. We had to ask. This was really really disappointing. The whole thing of the package also is to make use of facilities such as the mineral pool. I feel I paid for this. This is false advertising! I see all messages gets ignored. Probably mine will also be but slowly but surely people will start to see it. Spa *****s like us that has been so turned off. I think we will rather visit another spa and no more mangwanani. It was so disappointing!
