Magawani Spa: Unprofessional

Hi,

I attempted to make a booking for 2 people at the Spa at The Cullinan hotel.

Before making a payment to secure the booking I emailed with a question regarding whether the 2 massages I booked would take place simultaneously.

No response. No follow up.

Only my booking canceled as I had not made the payment in the stipulated time. I then sent ANOTHER email stating this the relaying the above question.

No response. No follow up.

I wait in anticipation as to whether they will respond to this complaint.

Utterly Disappointed as the booking was for massages post the CPT Marathon my husband and I ran!
