Lack of professionalism

I would like to complain….i have been trying to make a booking from September…and my emails were not rep**** to and i had a voucher that I purchased….and i was checking it and i just expired three days ago….I could have used my voucher if someone rep**** to my messages….i would like to complain about this unpleasant and unprofessional experience ….i feel that were ignored because i sent them on different dates and how possible that nobody saw them….same as my whatsapp messsage how possible that nobody saw them….please someone look at your emails and whatsapp texts and advise me how can you assist me in this regard…i ended up forgetting because of my busy schedule….of which im 75% blaming Mangwanani for not coming back to me….i feel ****** and R700 its not a small money at all….and you cant have my money for your lack of efficiency.
