Lack of Comms and customer service

I am utterly disgusted by this establishment I won a Mangwanani voucher through my employer last year August 2017 and since then I have made 3 maybe for 4 or more bookings to claim my voucher at The Pivot to date no one has called me. My first time I called the branch directly and the front desk lady took my details to get someone there to call me to confirm my booking to date no one has called and I mailed the customer service liaison listed on their website, same results. I made a booking for January 2018 again that date came and went with NO FEEDBACK from The Pivot. I have spoken to at least 6 -8 call centre agent and the last one was Zipho who made it sound like she was going to charge and take ownership on this issues, same results there. What kind of business are you running, my fellow colleague who happens to be white was able to get a booking with no fuss last year November 2017. Is this a race thing is that why I am not getting serviced???? This is NOT customer service and one thing i have learned working in the customer service industry is that what you say and your actions need to be the same. You are an ************* business that does not treat all your customers the same. I have been struggling for 6 months to get a booking to be confirmed by The Pivot or just a call back from them. I am extremely angry and i am going to make sure everyone in the country hears my story. I have been supporting your business since the 1st year Mangwanani launched and this is the level of service we get. Even an email was sent to the pivot and i was CC'd in it, still no feedback.

Dear Yvonne

We’re so sorry to hear that the service experience has left you feeling let down and undervalued and we assure you that it is never our intention to upset you in any way.

Kind regards
