Lack of basic customer service and wrong orders

I took my sister for a full day spa package. I paid the rediculous amount for two black gowns prior to spa day. Needless to say we got the wrong sizes and colour and they didn't care. I sent numerous emails prior to the day as none of their links on their website work and not even one was answered. We had poor service on arrival and to go ask in reception for something to drink. Had to walk through the courtyard to another building in our gowns where the public sit which was embarrassing. Had men in the room where we had to take our gowns off for the head massage.. ***... And then on departure no amarula and chocolate just ushered out the door in a hurry. I will never book with you again!
