I went to a Birchwood branch and I was very disappointed that I was not provided with a gown when I had to do a head neck and shoulder treatment which meant that I had to partly undress in an area where other spa guests where passing. The the****** had to use the towel to hide me from being seen by other guests. I find this very humiliating. What can be so difficult in just providing guests with a gown while I’m doing treatment. This underwhelmed the great service I received from the the******. I’m really going to reconsider whether I’ll visit this spa in future.
