HORROR SHOW AT MANGWANANI WINELANDS SPA!!!

My wife bought us a spa package at Mangwanani Winelands Spa for my birthday last night. Coming from durban, all I've ever heard about was how great mangwanani is and I would see everyone with the famous orange bottle. Unfortunately that orange bottle was the last straw to cap off a horrible evening. Mangwanani is known for its class and amazing experience however upon arrival, the general ambiance was already not up to expectation and resembled more of a school camp than an elite spa. We were ushered to our massage rooms where my wife was basically laying under a geyser where the water could be heard rushing out every time a tap was opened. It once again didn't feel private but rather like a dormitory as everyone could be heard either laughing, joking or wincing at the hot stones. The full body massage was good. I had a great masseuse, I can't remember her name unfortunately but I think that she was the assistant manager last night. Supper was good and the ladies sang for our birthdays and anniversaries which was really really good. I needed to relieve myself quickly before the foot massage and rushed off to the toilet where I found toilets with **** literally on the seat and not clean. At this point I was getting agitated but went back for the last massage. Sitting down for the foot massage, my masseuse had the famous orange bottle with her saying "amanzi, it's my water" repeatedly which was suspicious. The massage began with the ladies all laughing and talking to each other, not improving the experience. Eventually this calmed down and we all began to enjoy our experience (including my masseuse) who after 15minutes, fell asleep on my foot. I asked the masseuse next to her to please check on her and she got iced water for the lady (even though the "water" bottle was next to her). She then fell asleep on my foot twice in the next 5 minutes. Eventually I got up and told the manager who swiftly removed her with the bottle and the assistant manager who did my first massage, finished off which was great but I was already checked out and frustrated mentally. On my scorecard I rated the assistant manager as great but I would never recommend mangwanani winelands. The manager afterward told me that she suspects the lady had alcohol in the bottle and so do I but its all speculative. I do not understand how such a renowned establishment could be so bad.
