Horrible Mangwanani

The worst experience I have ever paid for. My wife and I celebrated a milestone wedding anniversary December 2021. We decided to go to Mangwanani Winelands. BIG MISTAKE. On arrival, you find broken down busses and taxis in the arrival area. Buildings that are falling apart. Gardens that aren’t maintained. Extremely dirty facilities. Water damage and mould inside treatment rooms and on ceilings. Cobwebs above treatment beds. Dirty towels and bedding. Music that keeps going off during treatment. People making noise and coming into and out of the treatment room. This for a R1300? Seriously? Before taking to hello peter, I thought I would give Mangwanani Group a chance to remedy the situation by requesting contact through their website. They did not even bother to give me a call or send me a mail. I also noticed that they do not reply on hello peter reviews. So yeah, I really hope this helps people who wanted to go for a spa at Mangwanani to think twice.
