Full day revitalization spa gone wrong:MT803092O

We were there for a Full day revitalization spa on the 8th Sep 2018 to celebrate my hubby's birthday and It was like a nightmare for myself and worse for my husband. It was his first time going to spa and It was not a nice experience.

See below for reasons why: 1) Unbearably hot, the temperature/heating system was just too much 2) The food was horrible – no options (was ****in and cereals like really) had I known I would have bought bacon and egg sandwich on my way there. Menu on the paper sent to us was not the same – what I paid for was not what I got (false adverti*****t) 3) You talk about African theme – saw nothing African there 4) There was too much noise coming from the kitchen I could not even relax 5) There were so many people in my face : men and women in the same room for hand and neck massage OMG how is this possible? 6) Worse is that we could not go outside for fresh air with white gowns as that place was crowded. The place doesn't have a garden or balcony Worst experience I have had in ages. I will never recommend your place to anyone

The only good experience was the massages.
