Dropped standards..

After been to this spa a few times already.. One kind of knows what to expect. I in particular have to been for the moonlight spa at sibaya a number of times. And each experience was different but none like my one yesterday. The entire session from start to end was so rushed. My partner and I did not get our starters despite him asking about 3 times. It eventually came to the table withe dinner. There was all but 20 mins to have supper and see approximately 5 mins of the entertainment provided (Zulu dancing, singing). And we was off the the next treatment.. Which was delayed to the the ladies arguing about the pot of stones, which took about 10 mins out of 'our' treatment time. Went back for a night cap (amarula and chocolate) and there was not enough for everyone there.. I would say over 20 people didn't get this treat. Also normally when It is a special occasion the table is given a little treat.. Which was not given this time around.. Not the I wad celebrating an occasion. This is just what I noticed. Onto our last treatment.. Nearly time for them to close and go home.. They really couldn't be bothered about the last one.. Part of the full body massage was left out. Hot stone was done in 2 mins. And left on the body for a minute if not less. And like I said at the start of this I've been there before so I know what to expect.. But mangwanani sibaya has really lost the plot. They not what they used to be nor are they the best spa anymore.
