Disaster At The Spa

I recently visited the mangwanani spa at the wild coast and was terrified of their services.

The day before i booked an appointment for a soak off on my nails (hands) went to the spa the next morning and they start to remove my gel polish from my toes and when I questioned them as to why isn't my hands been done , they rep**** saying they don't offer soak off on the hands. So why couldn't they say it on the very same day.

It's so weird as to how other services are offered except this.

After realizing their mistake they make me choose one of their colours and paint it to make up for what happened in store and that too wasn't done in a professional way , you would except the tools to be used ex the uv lamp....it was just painted anyhow and at the end it got messed up.

Absolutely terrible ! From Gel Toes To Normal Paint.
