Disappointing service from Mangwanani Sibaya

Good afternoon

Paid an exorbitant amount of money for a full day spa experience at Mangwanani Sibaya for 2 on Saturday , 23rd March 2019 and specifically requested that the Jacuzzi be last. However when it was time for the last treatment there was load shedding and despite us paying so much of money, Mangwanani did not have a generator, therefore the Jacuzzi did not work and instead of offering us another treatment in that place, they just sent us home. Furthermore, I purchased 3 vouchers for full day spa experiences for 2 people and paid a rather large sum of money for all 3 vouchers however when utilizing these vouchers, numerous errors were made. One example is a voucher was redeemed and when I was redeeming the second voucher the consultant simply amended the previous booking that was already made. So instead of another booking being made, the consultant replaced 1 booking with another. I had to call in numerous times and eventually a very efficient Natasha was able to assist me in rectifying all the errors. Truly disappointing service from Mangwanani Sibaya. Based on my current experience, I would not recommend them.
