Disappointing Service

After numerous visits to Mangwanani Sibaya, I have to admit that yesterdays experience was most disappointing. From the the******s walking about outside being so loud an chit chattering whilst in 1 of our sessions to this: From the second treatment right until the last treatment we were put together with a nuisance of a lady and her husband.

At the Jacuzzi she was loud and kept complaining of the heat levels which was absolutely fine.

During the full body massage our the******s were slightly delayed but this became a huge problem, for about 5 minutes she ranted and raved then asked for the manager, she complained and then proceeded to talk loudly to the****** about how good her hands are and that her husband is so lucky to have her, then how old is she, where does she live, which school she went to, saying she wants her number and she will come to her house because she lives in Merebank which isn't too far from Kwamashu. She then started making sounds, oooh, aah, yess, mmm that's it, ooh. I did say SSSHHH quite a number of times to keep her quite but she thought it was rude of me. Then started a convo about her marks and what exercise should she do, must she do squats, or push ups.... And this continued till we were done with our full body massage. She did take an extra 10 minutes to recover her lost time.

At the neck and shoulder massage she asked if she could make sounds and if making sounds are okay. At out facial she started with the the****** again for being like 2 mins delayed, the the****** shame poor thing said I'll give you back your time but that wasn't enough, and finding a sponge was a big problrm, once again she called for the manager and started ranting and raving. By now you can imagine that she went on for a good few minutes, I'd say close onto 10minutes of her nagging and once again making our experience a miserable one.

One of the the******s at a foot massage said she talked so much because she was drunk, I assumed so too.

But this made our experience yesterday exhausting and frustrating, to think we came for a relaxing day but only to be annoyed her dramatics. Truly hope that our next appointment in August is better than this waste of a day yesterday.

We did ask the host to separate us from her after our full body massage but there was nothing they could do.
