DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

Really disappointed with my full body massage (as part of the night spa package) at Mangwanani The Pivot!

The young lady was ever so rowdy, pushing and pulling a chair, banging a metal dish/bowl, dragging the container with hotstones etc. She does not know the meaning of tranquility!

Her massage technique is basically like "grab, rub and let go"! It was the most unprofessional service I have ever received. When the drums went off, I could feel how relieved she was to just get out of there.

Further to this, the bed has a hole in it for the client's face, but that hole is half way blocked by the wooden structure. It wakes it really hard to breath and together with the plastic covering on the mattress, my face was dripping with moisture and sweat when I was done.

I am really disappointed by this. I needed a night of relaxation and after enjoying the start of my night, it's not a nice feeling to have left feeling frustrated and irritated :(
