Disappointed on-line shopper

I placed and paid for an order on Mangwanani's online shop on 1 December 2020 - thinking that I would spoil somebody with a great Christmas gift.

It is now 17 December and my package still hasn't arrived.

I phoned *** and on the first attempt selected option 2, the call eventually got answered but was cut off immediately.

On my second attempt I chose option 3 and again, the call got cut off.

Surely this service is unacceptable from a renowned spa like Mangwanani?

I have now sent them an email.....but I'm seriously not holding my breath for a reply!
