Hi<br> I would like to thank Christine Buthelezi for her gesture of good will. Not only was the service this time around amazing, everything exceeded all expectations. The chicken wrap was very delicious and we really felt pampered. Mangwanani Spa is a real hidden gem. The road to the Spa is a bit tedious but well worth it. Unfortunately in my last hot stone treatment, Thuliswa was very restless. She started late as I could the people around me relaxing, she burnt me with the stones and when I said \ouch\" and wiggled the stone off me, not once did she ask if I was ok, if it was too hot, etc. She kept walking in and out of the room. There was absolute no connection to her, it felt as if she just did a job and she pulled my hair a few times after I told her to leave my hair, she ignored me and I walked out during my treatment. The manager on duty asked me what was wrong and I told her. Even though that was very disappointing, I must say I love the products and the tranquillity and cleanliness of the Spa.<br> I will definitely be coming back...next time around it will be my 6th time ?<br> "
